Hydro Hub will beat a competitors price if another Australian retail store is offering a cheaper price on an exact product in its store or on its Australian website.

How do I request a Price Beat?

Simply present proof of the competitor’s advertised price for the identical product.

Once your price beat request is verified by a staff member and the competitor’s product is confirmed as being in stock and available for immediate sale we will honour it.

What are the exclusions?

• Offers which include cash back, bonus, bulk purchase, quantity limits or packages.
• Pricing with included delivery or installation.
• Offers not available to the general public - including trade, special event, club or membership offers.
• Clearance, seconds, refurbished, ex-demonstration or display products.
• Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on marketplace, auction or classifieds websites.
• Products delivered directly to customers by third party sellers e.g. drop shipping.
• Products supplied through unauthorised distributors (known as 'grey market' items) or delivered directly to customers from an overseas distributor.
• Pricing errors.
• Products with pricing set significantly lower than the recommended retail price or market value.
• The price is below our cost price.
• The price is an Online Only offer or a specially negotiated price.
• Orders that qualify for free shipping may incur a shipping fee, this will be determined on a case by case basis.
